Each summer, SPARK coordinates school supply donations that are packed into backpacks that are then distributed to Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) for their students.
Last year, SPARK was able to supply over 1,000 backpacks that were supplied to schools and the Global Welcome Centers. Thank you to all who supported this effort!
To reach this goal, we are asking our community and business partners to consider supporting "Project Backpack" through a monetary donation.
Just $12 can purchase and fill a backpack with:
- a pencil case
- crayons
- pens
- pencils
- erasers
- glue
- a sharpener
- a highlighter
- a notebook
- a folder
- a ruler
The dates for the 2026 Campaign are TBD! However, we are able to accept monetary donations at any time. To donate, visit our online donation page and choose "School Supply Drive" as the Area of Focus.
